There are 3 solution (sln) files in the root of the zip: Wimo.sln: Solution that contains all of the projects for the device and wimo common libraries WimoMsrs.sln: Solution that contains all of the MSRS services for Wimo WimoAll.sln: Solution that has everything. I usually load Wimo.sln in one instance of VS and WimoMsrs.sln in another. You'll need to build Wimo.sln first before WimoMsrs will build since it shares some of the common libraries that are built in Wimo.sln. You'll also want to load the WimoMsrs solution from within an MSRS window. To do this, open a Microsoft Robotics Studio Command Prompt (found in your start menu) and then shell execute the WimoMsrs.sln file.
